Service begins with listening and understanding.

Mediation is an Art. It requires good listening skills and patience. By understanding the concerns of the parties involved, a good mediator can foster the confidence parties need to settle a case. A good mediator will also bring skills and strategies to the mediation that can move each side closer to an amicable resolution.

Arbitration requires Diligence. It starts with being prepared for the Arbitration by knowing the applicable law. It continues with carefully listening to the witnesses’ testimony and reading the documentary evidence submitted.  The Arbitration concludes with preparation of a well-reasoned written Award that all parties, regardless of who prevails, can respect.
